"The 75th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress or any of its federating associations or their constituent members or the members of the Local Organising Committee or any of the task committee chairpersons shall under no circumstances be liable/responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damage, loss or injury caused to any of the delegate, spouse or accompanying person(s) attending the said conference. All conflicts/disputes shall be governed and resolved by the laws in India and courts of tribunals in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matters relating or arising from the 75th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress to be held in Delhi."
