Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration for the 75th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC 2026) is final.
- All registrations are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- Once a registration has been successfully completed and payment has been made, no requests for cancellation, transfer, substitution, or refund will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Delegate registrations cannot be transferred to another individual, organisation, or future edition of the conference.
No-Show Policy
If a registered delegate is unable to attend the conference for any reason, including but not limited to personal commitments, travel disruptions, illness, visa issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, no refund, credit, or adjustment of the registration fee will be provided.
Force Majeure
In the event that the delegate is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or any other force majeure event affecting the delegate, the registration fee shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptional Circumstances
The Organising Committee reserves the sole right to make exceptions to this policy only where required by applicable law. Any such decision shall be final and binding.
Acceptance of Policy
By registering for the 75th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC 2026), delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and accept that the registration fee is non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
